As part of the worldwide Coptic Orthodox Church, founded by Saint Mark the Apostle, the church carries a mission that combines faith with practical care for those in need.
The church operates under the spiritual leadership of His Holiness Pope Tawadros II, Pope of Alexandria and Patriarch of the See of St Mark, and under the pastoral care of Fr. Mark Sabir.
